Our experience with one of the practice’s providers was disappointing. Adding to our frustration, the Medicare rebate of the expensive appointment has still not been processed after more than six weeks. We were told this is because the provider we saw isn’t registered with Medicare—something that should have been clearly communicated upfront. Since then, the practice has ceased responding to our inquiries and has gone completely silent.
It's shameful how far this practice has fallen. We previously had positive experiences however the last several appointments have been disappointing and borderline dangerous with poor advice, follow ups, and conflicting information from our appointment to our GP - despite detailed history on file. I do not recommend visiting this Developmental Paediatrics unless you have completed a high degree of due diligence or have history with your practitioner.
Disappointed with the overall experience. I wouldn’t recommend this practice based on my visit. The only positive was the interior design.
They dont respond to emails or follow up on their actions after consultation.
The tend to very specialized in the center in developmental area. However, my understanding is that they are more business oriented than patient oriented they used to be. We were referred to this center by a couple of friends. After a couple of month waiting time, the offered us a combined session with developmental Paediatric and a psychologist for $1,800 for 1.5hr-2hrs session.
