Absolutely unprofessional, they are very rude when you ask them questions! They tell you time frames for answers then get mad when you keep asking for a response as they can never reach back out to you.
We have had an incredible experience with Dr Essique. I feel seen and heard and also challenged to be the best advocate for my neurodivergent child. Feeling grateful!
Elena went above and beyond for me and my family. She had to be the bearer of bad news and I had broken down on the phone, she took time out of her day to compile a list of other places that would take my new health insurance that just became effective and called me back hours later and sent me an email with multiple resources without me even asking her to do so. I couldn’t thank her enough. She was amazing.
