Very fun environment!, Good for all ages, David is tough but he knows your limits, Overall 10/10 if you are looking to get better at your sports or you just want to work on your form for the gym this place is perfect for you.
this is the best fitness training program ive been to by far, they love helping kids, adults, and teens all the same as well.
