David is very organized and on time. He is aware of everything that is going on in his gym at all times. The kids are not allowed do do anything with improper form (which is very important when weights are involved). He is very encouraging with the kids. The kids love to work out in this group setting. My daughter JB has benefited greatly with her strength, agility, and running from this program.
The excellent place for kids. James is enjoying his exercise every time!
We have been coming to DPF for almost a year and it has been an amazing experience all around. My kids (12, 10, 8) all have different athletic abilities and coming here has challenged them in the best way. They have been taught fundamentals of exercise that they will be able to use their entire lives. David and his staff are super friendly, personable, and wonderful with the kids.
