Hello, Frank Salmon here. I’ve heard nothing but bad things about Developing Success and Tammy. She’s rude, impatient, and not whimsical at all. Not to mention, I’ve seen countless times where her employees were forced to eat circus peanuts and candy corn as discipline. I have photos attached to prove it! This debauchery must be stopped. I don’t know where we would be without Tammie and the RBT’s that work at Developing Success ABA therapy. For the last 4 years we have been attending therapy every day and we have seen tremendous growth in my daughter. She has also worked with me to implement techniques at home that have greatly improved our quality of life. Tammie is devoted, hard working, compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable. It’s not an overstatement to say she helped change our lives for the better!

I have been an RBT for almost 3 years and have worked at several different ABA companies ranging from small privately owned businesses to bigger corporate businesses. Never in my ABA experience have I worked for someone who lacks any empathy as Tammie does with her employees. She claims she goes above and beyond for her RBTs but gives them the cold shoulder, belittles them and shames them when human mistakes are made, and judges character without understanding context.
