Disappointing experience, wasted 3 months and 5 visits with no benefit or stadegy going forward for my son. Be sure to check professional interests and experience of psychologist, or a recommendation if possible. Im sure others in practice are doing great work. Gave an extra star because management did follow up with a call and offered to start again with a new psychologist.
I asked for an after hours appointment and was told by the nasty receptionist that the psychologists had lives. I was going through 6 months of chemotherapy at the time. Disgusting behaviour.
