Ms. Lakisa was the kindest, most professional phlebotomist I ever met!! I am terrified of needles and she was so patient and understanding. She has been doing this for over 30 years and her experience shows! She is the most raw, genuine person! Not only was she amazing for the actual blood draw but she was super responsive and timely with all my texts and phone calls leading up to the appointment. I would 100% recommend Lakisa and will definitely be using developing hands home care again!!
