So blessed to have found Ashley. I have natural hair and she is so talented with it. I love that she offers so many different styles to accommodate natural hair. You can tell that she is truly into hair health and educating. I truly feel that this is the start to a wonderful hairlationship lol. Ashley got some mad skills! My daughter has super thick hair and too much for me to handle. She shampoo, condition, Detangle, blew dry, straighten, and trimmed my daughters hair in 1 hour and 30 mins. When in normally takes me 3hrs! We will for ever be clients in her shop. DevelopHER also has a line of products. Night cap is a reversible which is neat. The I’RIR oil feels nice and cool on the scalp. My daughter always states she feeling like Beyoncé when she hops off the chair.

I really wanted to like my experience as Ashley was very nice, but my hair did not turn out like it usually does. I got a silk press and it was not shiny or as straight as it usually is when I get it professionally done. Within hours it started to become poofy and frizz up as well. She did a good job with my haircut though.
