Bad builder… Be careful when buying They claim the building as boutique but riddled with structural damage,lack of proper drainage system Most units have got leaks within a year of purchase Internal water leaks and rain water leaks are the biggest issues in their property Above all their customer care team and strata acts as a gang and do not care about fixing the issue Before putting your life savings do a proper research than be sorry later
