One of the exemplar projects advertised on their website is about to undergo major remedial works, including for non-compliant and/or non existent water proofing. Balconies without overflows. Balcony doors installed backwards and not sealed. Balcony floors angled so that water runs away from the drain and into apartments. No flashing used on large areas on the roof.
