I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with Groupe Devcore. They are currently pursuing legal action against me at the TAL, seemingly in retaliation for my request to terminate my tenancy due to health issues caused by their property. I would advise anyone considering renting from them to be aware that their service is extremely poor. Repairs take a minimum of two weeks, even for urgent issues. For example, I experienced the disgusting situation of toilet water backing up into the sink.
