Salesman sold us the system with the option to cancel within 3 business days. We cancelled the next day. Unfortunatly our money was withdrawn before anyone even called us to set up an installation date. Long story short we've been waiting on a refund for 2 1/2 months. In which we've been told twice that the check was in the mail. What worries me about this company is that if I have been waiting this long and havent recieved my refund by now, I wonder how long I would have to wait for someone at Devcon to respond to an emerge... read more
