Dr Desai of Reno heart institute came highly recommended to me by my primary care provider. I should have taken it as a sign when it took over a week of trying to call daily and set up an initial appointment, nobody picked up the phone or returned my messages. Eventually I just stopped into the office, was apologized to by staff as their “phone system was under transition”, and was finally able to make an initial appointment - 2 months out (their earliest available).
