Just as importantly, our job is to promote a personal relationship between each of our patients and the professionals at DeVaney Dentistry. We have a very busy practice, largely because we strive to make you feel like you are the only patient in our office. Personalized customer service is the key to our success.

Been a patient here since 2019 with my husband. In January we received a small bill with no explanation. I called the office to find out what it’s from and make a payment. I was met with two rude receptionist. They explained the bill and I make the comment of oh someone made a small mistake not a big deal. I said this because the billing had never been done this way before. They proceed to say we did not make a mistake and to argue why it wasn’t. Let me start by saying that I have been a loyal customer with my husband since 2019. I have enjoyed every visit. Recently my husband was in, in December and they filed insurance and he paid his balance. Here now February 4th we a small bill. I knew when he came home they must have forgot to charge him for the fluoride because he payed a little bit too little. All the staff, especially Maria, at the Brassfield location were fabulous. I am a new patient there and am very happy with my choice. Maria's care was very holistic, and she gave me lots of new information about optimal dental practices. I did not feel over-treated or over-sold on procedures like I have at past dentist offices. 100% recommend!
Really disappointed with them. We have been patients for over 5 years and they charged my husband a $74 late cancellation fee. He called to cancel his appointment the same day because we didn't realize that our new dental insurance would not go into effect until January. I received an e-statement for $74 without a description so I called to inquire about this charge and they told me it was a same day cancellation fee. This is the first time I have ever, truly enjoyed a Dental visit. The staff were very hospitable and made me feel at home. I appreciate the fact that I wasn't just treated like a number or a bill... They made me feel like family. I entered the office dreading the thought that I was going to have to conquer so much to stay on top of keeping my teeth in such a great shape, but left today with so much well needed knowledge and resolutions on what it will take to continue to enjoy my smile and to me, that means everything.
