David Delaney is the most unethical, disgusting realtor I’ve ever encountered. He is disrespectful and does not represent his clients properly. He is underhanded and should not be licensed to service customers anywhere. I would never recommend him as a realtor to represent me as a buyer or seller. He needs continuing education courses & lacks customer service skills. He is a stain to the ReMax name.
