I am very saddened to see the dealership closing it’s the best service department I’ve ever had to deal with in all of my life. Franz was the first car salesperson that scores a 10 with us. He was up front, honest, professional and just awesome. The dealership has their system down to a T. The guys in the shop were so attentive when we pointed out what we thought was a minor flaw. Just great guys. Transparency the whole process which made driving to another state worth it. The service department is second to none. I have used them exclusivity for the 3 Infiniti's I have owned. Shane Hyland and Todd Cogley are the best at what they do. They are always professional, efficient and friendly, and have giving me valuable advice and information whenever I had questions. 5 star service.
