When this woman was interviewing me prior to my colonoscopy, she picked up her mobile to answer a call. When she had finished her call I said politely to her that it would have been polite if she had just said excuse me before answering the call. Well she reacted badly to that suggestion of mine and I found her response very rude. I made sure I saw an alternative Doctor when having a future colonoscopy
