My partner took his X5 here. He specifically asked Hans not to do specific things as he could do them himself, but Hans took it upon himself to do lots of extra things that didn’t need doing to hike the price up. We got the car back with an extraordinarily high bill which included a $35 surcharge just for using a card to pay for the bill. Great knowledge & always helpful
I have been going to Hans for a number of years with my VW Passat and Ford Falcon for services and repairs. He always performed quality work and not expensive like dealerships. He does explain what needs to be done. I do trust him and will keep taking my cars to him.
My one & only stop for when I need any help with my car. Hans knows what he's doing, can never fault his work.
