I guess the guy was busy. I asked if they do oil changes on my year German Car, and his reply "was what kind of car?". Before I even finished telling him the year and model he just abruptly said "nope" and then hung up lol. Would have been nice to see if they did other work other than oil changes or gotten a referral, but like I said, I guess this guys time is too valuable to allow a potential customer to even finish a sentence
