Did not have anyone to replace a watch battery for a Tag, they wanted me to leave my watch there and wait a week. Surprised that a high end place like this did not have anyone available to take care of something so simple like changing a watch battery.

I visited Deutsch & Deutsch for a new Rolex, and had a great retail experience! Jessica helped me during my visit, and she went above and beyond. She was patient, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about every model we looked at. It’s clear she genuinely enjoys helping customers find the right piece, and that made a big difference for me. Bonnie was great! If your looking for someone to take you serious in regards to your wishlist and get you the product, then don’t ask for anyone else.
