I’ve tried to get some of my $1500.00 back; twice (minus a reasonable fee for maybe 2 hours MAX of his time) My spouse will not complete the required forms. So no, it isn’t Duellys fault that his service cannot be completed, but I think that an good ethical lawyer wouldn’t dish out a bunch of blah blah blah and just refund some of the money.
