My middle school daughter goes to Duece Athletics and she loves the energy from the coaches! The workouts are varied and are challenging in all of the right ways.
I’ve been going to Deuce Athletics (DA) since 2019 or so and like the founder told me before I started, “It’ll change your life…” Well I’ll be damned. It did! Previous to attending DA, I was going to Anytime Fitness and later CrossFit. Both places just didn’t land for me. DA has the perfect match of intensive coaching and perfectly tailored strength and conditioning classes that are challenging but won’t leave you hurt or unable to walk or more the next day.
