I have had a very disappointing end of lease experience. I informed my leasing agent, Antony, in December that I intended to end my lease, noting that they would be on leave over the holiday period. I was unable to contact him until early January, at which point I promptly requested that a cleaner be arranged for the property. My lease was scheduled to end on 31st of January. Jensen Ehmcke-Fischer and Antony Cazzato are not responding to my lease break request and won't give me back my security deposit. Jensen and Antony leased me a completely dirty, pest-infested, moldy room with no shower head, vomit-stained curtains, with a moldy/grimy mattress with cockroaches, and holes in the floor where slugs and roaches kept crawling through. They won't give you back your deposit and make up things that aren't your fault. Please find something else!
The communication was very poor and I felt the process was not transparent. I would advise other tenants to be very cautious when renting through this agency.
