Warranty misleading!Chrome didn't even last 2 years! Do not buy!!! You have to pay to ship your wheels back, and be without your car for months!! Really!! I want my money back!
I just today installed 4 PVD Chrome wheels on my 2018 Buick Lacrosse. The finish on these wheels is fantastic and the car which before looked great now looks twice as nice. The people I dealt with at Detroit Auto, Mark and Kirk, were knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. The shipping took only a few days, the tires were well protected while in transit and arrived in perfect condition. Do Not Waste Your Money or Time on the Chrome Finish Products. They Peel Instantly - and once they've got your money... It's a wrap on any substantial support as a result. They have No Vendor that knows how to Bake The Product to Stick!
DO NOT Buy Wheels From Detroit Wheels that have the Chrome Finish! They Peal Instantly in an Awful Way! Spent Tons Of Time Shipping Back Rims - After All The Mounting and Dis-Mounting Time And Cost. They said they had a New Company to try with Better Finishing to make the Bake Process Hold. Not True! Don't Waste Your Time Or Money! It Looks Awful When The Chrome Peels Off!

Extreme caution! This company is not legit. I ordered a wheel and tire package from Detroit Wheel and Tire (DWT), they were having a end of the year clearance sale. They charged my credit card right away without the package even being shipped and the total was $1,956.93. A few days after the order they contacted me stating that the Michelin tires that came part of that package were out of stock, but they would substitute that package with Pirelli tires at the same price. RecommendedNeeded a replacement factory OEM 17in aluminum wheel for my 2010 GMC 2500HD SLE Diesel. Old wheel was not repairable and I couldn’t find one locally. Easy order on the website.
