Dropped my Mercedes off on April 1, 2026. They looked us in the eye and said 2–3 weeks. I finally got it back in July. They charged me for a “100,000-mile warranty.” After the money cleared they said they’d mail it. Three weeks of complete silence later I called. Some bitter woman at the front desk swore she’d email it “immediately.” 48 hours later — still nothing. Called again and got the owner, Tim Tapper. This is by far the worst transmission shop I’ve ever dealt with. Family owned, and family crooks. They had my truck for 7 months. Told me it was one thing another. Told me it needed a transmission harness so I bought one, $3500. Then told me it was my transmission. They supposedly rebuilt the transmission, but my truck wouldn’t drive because of all the damage they did to my wiring in the truck. The shop had to deliver my truck because it wouldn’t drive.
