DISHONEST MANAGEMENT and ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY. In Oct 2024, Detroit Transmission replaced our Ram’s flex plate with a Mopar OEM part. By June 2025, the part failed. Tim repeatedly claimed it was out of warranty due to mileage (over 15k miles) and charged us $2,576 for a second replacement. I did the legwork Tim refused to do: I verified with three other shops and two Dodge dealers that the Mopar part actually has a 2-year UNLIMITED mileage warranty.
