I did not have a good experience. I called to schedule a hearing test and confirmed several times that was what the appointment was for. When I arrived, I waited 90 min past my scheduled appointment time only to spend 5 minutes with the doctor and find out that he had to write a referral/order for a hearing test to take place on another day. He seems nice, and that's where it ends. Office staff is a mess. Total disaster just trying to schedule simple things like CT, allergy testing, and the surgery date. I waited over a month longer than I should have, in a very dire situation (I was not opening my mouth at night to compensate for my inability to breathe through my nose, so it was causing irregular heart rhythms and symptoms of sleep apnea). My appointment was at 11:10 and I’m still sitting here waiting to be seen. This place has 4stars and as of right now I don’t see why unless it’s based on the care giving. ATP I’m very disappointed. Make sure you have a hour or 2 for wait time. No one came I. To check on me, to give me an update nothing.
