Don't rent here! I had to reschedule due to weather conditions- that process went fine. I was able to reschedule for the 4th of July. July 2nd I recieved an email stating the trip was canceled. Fine. However, they did not process my refund. I waited 14 business days, then I contacted them, unfortunately to no avail. They did not contact me back. Therefore, I gladly filed a dispute. I really hate that I had to leave a bad review as I love supporting black-owned businesses. JET BOAT YOU GOTTA DO BETTER!
The staff was awesome, they were very helpful in explaining how the boat operated. My family and I had an absolute awesome experience.
This was a fun experience .I would definitely do it again my only complaint was I have never been on a jetski or watercraft before is that the people there explain a little more .I think the reverse needs to be clearly marked on the controls . I otherwise had a awesome day out with my family !!!
