I made a reservation and had to cancel same day I only got two responses they have not refunded my money it’s been two month I truly feel scammed and taking legal action this is the worst company to book they do not answer the phone and do not respond to emails at all poor customer service do not book or waste your time their taking ppl money this is a scam I want my $280 back
Do NOT COME HERE!!!! They are scammers!!!! They give you the wrong location and they don’t answer your calls or emails! Other people have had this same issue. They need to be reported immediately.
SCAM as of 2026, will take your money and there will be no location given no way to get ahold of anyone or anything can’t find anyone who successfully booked and went on a trip with them this year please don’t spend your money google please shut this down
made a booking online and went to cancel it a week ahead of time but no one picks up calls and no one answers texts (even though their voicemail says for IMMEDIATE ASSISTANCE text their number). Must be a scam.
