I have been doing reflexology for over 30 years and feel as if Janice is the best I have ever experienced! She is so skilled and knowledgeable - and she elevates her sessions by providing headphones with music that deepens your relaxation.
Janice is excellent at EFT. I have learned so much about myself and it is the first therapy that is truly working for me. She is so good at helping me get the emotions out that I need to release so I can move forward. I have recommended her to several friends. I wouldn’t hesitate to send anyone I know to her that could benefit from EFT.
I have always been a huge fan of reflexology so when I met Janice I was excited to book with her. Her reflexology therapy is next level! At the time I was postpartum and not getting very much sleep. Janice is absolutely incredible at what she does. I’ve had reflexology before, but nothing that compares to her level of skill and precision. She has an intuitive understanding of the body that you can feel the moment she starts working — she found tension points I didn’t even know I was holding. By the end of the session I felt completely reset, like my whole system had been recalibrated. Janice is a true practitioner in every sense of the word.
