Paid $50 for a mask fit test and they later sent me a bill for $300. I disputed this and they sent me to collections even though they have no proof of the service rendered. I had to prove that I paid $50 and they came back to me saying the service costs $300 even though I was seen by a nurse for 5 minutes and the national average cost of a mask for test is 30-50$. When asked for proof of this agreement, they were unable to provide but still sent me to collections. DO NOT GO HERE.

Very slow process. We only had 5 ppl in the waiting room and one of the ppl was here for over three hours. This is pretty unacceptable. We are mostly here for pre-employment screening and this process was incredibly painful.

Great help...very small waiting period...really helpful staff including supervisor..Ms.jordan was really kind.
