My husband has tried contacting them multiple times about billing issues with nobody returning phone calls! We just want them to come get their equipment we are fed up with them!!!!
Horrible customer service. When you call the answering service they do not take your name and number just advise you to call back in the morning, what's the point? They bring out defective equipment, forget parts, just throw it in the middle of the floor and do not even tell you how to use it. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Done with them. Very unorganized and takes 2 weeks to get them to get something out to your home. Go elsewhere folks....
