The Chicken shack in Detroit is the worst one, horrible service and the quality of food is always over cooked. I'm tapping out of that location, straight garbage!!!!
Hey I want to start off by saying me and my family love coming to chicken shack all the time but after I came to the chicken shack on 13 mile and Harper on November 13th picking a order up I noticed it was a dog in the back where the employees be… seeing that made me not want to come there never again I was so disgusted really upset about it I didn’t even want my food anymore I don’t know who is running the store but management is not the same
Since Johns death the company could care less about running a proper chain of restaurants. obviously way over their head and cant live up to Grandpas quality and level of caring. DO BETTER CHICKEN SHACK!!!!
I HAD a complaint about my order. I called the 1 844 phone number and they dont want to return my call. I finally got ahold of someone and they were gonna get ahold of the store that i WENT to and have the store manager call me WELL it has been a couple weeks and I AM STILL WAITING !!!!!
Ordered my food from here tonight… I ordered it well done… it wasn’t fully cooked. The chicken was rubbery and pink. The skin was soggy and falling off the chicken by the time we got home. My family all complained that the food was poorly made. The potatoes were oily and we all had a piece of chicken and a serving of potatoes and threw out an entire FIFTY DOLLAR MEAL.
