This airport is just like detroit itself: poorly planned, sprawling, and completely unwalkable.

Don't take the internal train. The walk is much better for you prior to sitting in a little seat at 36K feet for a few hours. Walk it out folks.

Freedom center by a43 works as USO for military, vets and dependents. Couches, snacks, bunk beds and books.
