Use a car service to get to your hotel from the airport, traffic from the McNamara terminal is off the chain.

Bright, wide terminals that are easy to navigate... much nicer than I expected! ;)
Surprisingly good and modern airport. The only issue is public transportation: the buses (125 for downtown, goes 1.5-2hrs) depart from McNamara terminal once a hour from the lowest level.
If the Security check lines are uncommonly long, use the security checkpoint in the Westin Hotel.
