Tunnel from A to B/C is obnoxious
Delta at DTW sucks - limited support , customer service is a foreign concept.

Bring food and water if you need to wait for your luggage after arrival. It is usually a long wait.
They say the xray scan is optional, but when I asked them not to, they wouldn't let me get the manual check. Security A-holes.

If you have time to kill, enter through the Westin and hang out in the hotel lobby instead of inside the terminal. Check-in through the Westin's security gate will be quick.
