The front desk man who checked us in should be fired. Waited 45 mins then i told him i think my son who is a baby!!! is having an allergic reaction and his lip is swelling and he would not press it as an emergency and let the drs know. Turns out my son WAS having an allergic reaction. Don’t hire dumb people to work in a health care facility. Will never go back.
What a great experience I had in the ER ... From ultrasound to CT, to every single nurse and the ER doctor was top notch ... Very attentive, kept you completely updated, very caring ... Would highly recommend this ER ... As the patient it was absolutely perfect, but I will say, a little more support services for anybody that comes with the patient - in availability of the cafeteria even if it's just to get hot drinks, wife had to leave the campus to get food or drink that wasn't out of a vending machine - this was a small bl... read more
Ended up in the ER in the middle of the night with my son. We were treated great and in and out with efficiency!
EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO COMMUNICSTE WITH THE DEPARTMENTS.... ZEE
