Horrible…. They almost let me die cause they wouldn’t listen to me about my health history. Told me I had an anxiety attack instead of POTS!
The security staff have a serious attitude issue and need some training on how to de-escalate a situation rather than just being aggressive.
I woke up at 4 am in excruciating pain with no real understanding of what was going on. My partner rushed me to this facility as it is the closest one to our house. When we got there the security guard was nicer than the lady at the intake counter. The place was empty, the parking lot was empty and they let me sit writhing in pain. Emergency rooms are well outdated. Very understaffed.need to be more timely with patients needs.
This ER is top notch! 10 Stars! The nurses are outstanding & the Dr's as well. They treat you well & listen. Dr. Kaufman is the best!
