The totally automated customer service for booking or questions is ridiculous. My receipt says $181.26 for a room that was supposed to be $159.00. My credit card statement says $206.26. There is no free breakfast offered, not even hot coffee in the lobby. No bellhop service to assist you when you’re checking in or out. The room was nice. It was comfortable.But I would never pay over $200 just to change my clothes and sleep for 6 hours.
We have stayed here multiple times. Thank you to Alyssa for the birthday snacks for my husband. Hotel and staff were very nice !
