I took my five-year-old son for a one-night staycation here and we had an absolute blast. Check-in with Alyssa was smooth and quick and we got right to the pool--I wished there was a hot tub but my son loved it and we ended up swimming three times in less than 24 hours, so it did the trick. We had a delicious dinner at the lobby restaurant and our server Rudin was great. Very nice hotel which is conveniently located very close to the Somerset Mall
I have stayed at this property many times over the last several years for work. This week my plans changed and I needed to check out one day early. The hotel refused to waive an “early departure fee”. Ridiculous. Travelers plans do change sometime, especially business travelers. I am constantly on the road weekly for work and always at Marriott properties. Never been charged an early departure fee in 20 years of doing this. Never staying at this property again
