We stayed at the Detroit Lakeside Motel for 6 months and it was a fantastic place to stay! Beautiful area, right on the lake. Fully Furnished, including linens and cooking utensils. The Queen bed slept very comfortable and the hideaway couch bed was comfortable as well. Very cute full bathrooms (2) outside grill was convenient and so were the fire pits while you sit by the lake and take in the views! Very clean, very nice Owners, would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

This is the best place to stay when visiting Detroit Lake. Recently remodeled and family owned.
