I had purchased a necklace for my son for Christmas. And the necklace fell apart in half. I have went to the store three times and it has been closed. I have called Five times no one has answered voicemail is full and you can’t leave a message. This is extremely frustrating that you cannot get through to anybody. And I have a teenage boy that is very upset.
