This is a very poorly run company. Office team on the call is rude and not helpful at all. The Technicians are not very experienced either. They made multiple errors during the estimates and installation process that led to delays and lot of hassles. Bottomline, we would not recommend this company

DOES NOT COMMUNICATE. Called them for a service call on a mini split system that was dead. Tech was great, stated that parts needed to he ordered. Both my husband and I have called numerous times to get a status update on the parts order. 1st call Frank told me he was checking on the parts and would call back. 2nd call spoke to someone whose name I did not get, said parts were on order and would call me with an ETA.
