I just came from there today. I went in for a cleaning and for them to take out my upper back wisdom teeth (which were rotten). The place is clean, the lady (I forgot her name, so sorry) who cleaned my teeth was ridiculously thorough. I mean she got every nook and cranny. I was born again, lol. Afterward, Dr. P and her assistant went ahead and did the prep work, like numbing, before my teeth got pulled. Horrible experience ,waiting in the lobby for 45 minutes to an hour .went to the back sat in the chair and waited on the hygienist for another hour. The hygienist pulled off my porcelain crown tried to glue it back my mouth still isn't right. Can't get to my regular dentist to April the 2nd. I don't recommend them to anybody. I'll never go back there. The 8 Mile office.

Was sent there by the Livernois location, just to be treated so rude by a Dr. Pete, that I left. She approached the glass slamming it, asking the receptionist who sent me, this is not a walk in clinic, do she even have insurance? I was mortified, I asked was she talking about me. She said no but I was the only she in the lobby sent over by another clinic. Dr. Pete was rude and I will never go there again

Horrible service. They don't deserve a star at all ...I had an appointment at 1 and waited 4 HOURS! No one checked in with me or even apologized about the wait time. There is no privacy in the space where they see patients. I can look over and see the patient next to me getting services which is not cool. The waiting area is so cramped and uncomfortable. Just would never return

They take teeth without telling you. They state one thing and do another and then catch an attitude when you ask them about it. Terrible service from the front desk and make sure you read everything they are very sneaky in trying to take teeth out so they can get paid. Just want to warn people.

I have been trying to get an upper plate from these people for a year and a half, but I have given up. The first dentist did a shoddy filling job that had to be corrected by another dentist. also, She did a horrible job on my upper plate. It distorted my facial features, so I left it there with her. 17 months later, I got a call from a dental assistant asking me to come back to try again.
