First time in. Barbara was great! She definitely made me feel welcomed and did a phenomenal job on my hair! I will definitely be back next time!
This review has nothing to do with the quality of the barbering because I never received the service. I booked a 4:00 p.m. appointment and arrived early. I was told the barber was running behind, which I understood. However, by 4:20, I still had not been seen and had to leave for another appointment. Delays happen, but customers arrange their schedules around appointment times. It is extremely frustrating when a business does not respect or value its customers’ time.
