When I found our now home Detrie Builders had already started building it. Fortunately the house was at the stage where we were able to work with them to make changes throughout the house and garage and also have them completely finish the lower level to meet our needs. Their work is quality. The guys have all been professional, personable and always willing to walk me through anything Ive had questions about. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them or have them build another house for us.
We purchased a home built by Detrie last fall. It has been an awful experience. After touring the house we declined it as an option because the stain color used was an unpleasant brown (medium orange). After we left the real estate agent CONTACTED US and stated the stain color was used by mistake and that the seller would have it refinished - at their expense. I would highly recommend Detrie Builders if you are choosing to build a house! They were so helpful with the entire process and everything went smoothly and completely stress free! Everyone on their team is incredibly helpful and friendly; anything you need they will take care of! We actually were so pleased that we told my sister in law to build with them and they also had a super smooth and great experience! The work they do is so clean and of top quality. Couldn’t be more impressed with Detrie Builders. Their entire team is incredibly helpful and so talented. I would definitely recommend them to all of my friends and family.
I would not recommend you everything is rush it though. List of disappointments is to long to list They are the worst Builder ever !!!
Moved into our new home about 9 months ago and absolutely love it! The process went very smoothly and would highly recommend Detrie Builders for a beautiful and quality home!
