We had Alex install a new outlet on our roof deck and the outlet died almost immediately. I went up there to see what was going on and realized that Alex hadn't used an outlet that was outdoor rated. I also noticed that he didn't bother installing the box so that it sat flush against the wall or caulk it to prevent water from going down the back into the receptacle. I also found that Alex used a black wood screw on one side instead of the outlet bolt which damaged it and I had to replace. I have had no issues since replacing... read more
