Gosia is always such a wealth of knowledge, her approach is grounded in research and most importantly starts with the basics and repairing the foundations. I walked out of there feeling clear on what needs to be done and why - without being overwhelmed. Highly recommend!

She is warm, passionate, and clearly brings a depth of knowledge and long-standing experience to her work, which shows in the way she connects with people. The time on the therapeutic resonance bed was deeply calming and grounding — my nervous system felt soothed, and I also walked away feeling re-energised. I had one of the best sleeps I’ve had in a long time that night. A genuinely supportive and nurturing practitioner. I highly recommend her.
