I wanted to quit alcohol for so long but when I tried to go cold turkey it was impossible without medical help you could die. Other treatment places want you to turn in your phone and be away from life for 30 days when all I wanted to do was detox in a safe way. This was by far the best way to do it. I got an air bnb but you can do in home also. I bought all the groceries I wanted and was able to use my phone , have family visit and relax and watch what I want.
