We'll share our knowledge, experience, skills and abilities necessary to design safe and effective fitness programs. We can train from young athletes to seniors with their specific short and long term goals. Our sessions are one on one based and personalized to each client.

I love everything about this place! Maria is very professional and she gives you the best advice also she is very passionate about her job. The studio is clean and it has enough equipment for a good workout.

Mariapaz is AMAZING! She is so personable and friendly and I feel like we connected with each other instantly! She is also very knowledgeable and amazing at what she does as a trainer! There were a few times I came to session with pain, and she was able to modify and adjust the workout on the spot so it’s effective but doesn’t cause more pain. I highly recommend her and would go back to her in the future!
She is the best one ,I’m always struggled with my weight ,she help me to improve the exercise with advices of how to eat and help my self, not just to loose weight but she makes me feel more confident ,I love her ♥️
