Get everything in writing. Ordered a new hot tub cover with quote we were given. When it came in we were asked to pay more than the quoted price. Salesman working read back to us note in the computer stating quoted price. They weren’t sure why the price difference. Said he would speak with manager and get back to us. Never heard from anyone until we received an invoice in the mail for wrong price.
We love our new spa from Deterdings! I would highly recommend!!
