Had some hard water etching on the side of my truck from parking next to the sprinklers. Called and explained my situation and received a very polite response. They're mobile which makes it really convenient. No dropping off a vehicle or waiting in a lobby, they do it right in your driveway. No mess or hassles and a pretty fair price.
