Jim H. I have taken my 2004 GMC Sierra to Details on the Go several times over the years and I have always been ecstatic with the magic they perform removing scratches I get from parking lots, not to mention getting every speck of tar off my exhaust tips and nerf bars. I wouldn't hesitate to take a spanking new Bentley to Details on the Go if I could afford one !!!
Details On The Go I took my car for detail work in July 2009. The owner shorted out the alternator while steam cleaning the car. It cost $659 for towing and to replace the alternator. He did not leave the engine running or dry off the electrical connections before starting the engine. He has refused to pay for the damage and has lied to the Better Business Bureau and to Angie's List in response to the complaints I made. The other detail work was only mediocre.
Great place I ride the Sounder to work. I discovered that Details on the Go was located right by the train station. I dropped my car off in the morning and when I got back in the afternoon my car was in the parking lot looking great. They really seem to take care in the small details like cleaning the inside of the air vents, most places don't do that. I usually drop my car off every other week and am always pleased with the results.
