Kevin Sanden did an outstanding job with our home inspection. I needed a quick turnaround, and he was able to fit me into his schedule without sacrificing the quality of his work. Denver (and Joe) provided a very detailed and thorough report including sewer line and Radon. We live out of the area and we're not able to attend.....but based on the photos and report, we were able to prioritize repairs. We then chatted with Denver who gave us even more information. Excellent service, great communication. Highly recommend.

Denver was amazing. Very thorough, knowledgeable and detailed. We got our report back on the same day the inspection was done. Everything was clearly documented. The inspection listed all safety issues and improvement items. We highly recommend Details Home Inspections to anyone buying a home!

The report I received was comprehensive, well-organized, and included helpful photos and recomme... read more
