Kevin was great! He showed up early and got straight to work. He was extremely efficient and had the inspection wrapped up in far less time than I had expected. He then came and explained every little thing he found in clear language that a simply layman as myself could understand. He made solid recommendations and gave a clear idea of who the best contractors were in the area that he suggested. After handshakes and payment he rode off into the the sunset. Excellent job! Professional, responsive, and thorough. Sean went through every corner of the house. Trustworthy service. Around the same time, it just so happened that a friend had their house inspected. Same company, completely by chance. A different inspector did a fantastic job for them too from what we heard. If you're unsure who you can trust to do your inspection. This would be a good place to start.

Denver was amazing. Very thorough, knowledgeable and detailed. We got our report back on the same day the inspection was done. Everything was clearly documented. The inspection listed all safety issues and improvement items. We highly recommend Details Home Inspections to anyone buying a home!
