Kevin was great! He showed up early and got straight to work. He was extremely efficient and had the inspection wrapped up in far less time than I had expected. He then came and explained every little thing he found in clear language that a simply layman as myself could understand. Denver was amazing. Very thorough, knowledgeable and detailed. We got our report back on the same day the inspection was done. Everything was clearly documented. The inspection listed all safety issues and improvement items. We highly recommend Details Home Inspections to anyone buying a home!
