Kevin and Denver came out on short notice on a holiday and did an exceptional job. The level of detail in the report, along with the sewer scope and radon add-ons, gave us real peace of mind. The report was also much easier to read than other inspections we’ve had. We especially appreciated them taking the time to walk us through the findings live and then providing a clear summary we could provide directly to the builder. Highly recommend!
Had a fantastic experience working with Ben Moore earlier this month. As a first time home-buyer everything felt so foreign to me but Ben was able to walk through his findings with me to make sure I understood everything. Denver was great. The home we are buying is vacant and he showed up early and tackled the exterior to save time that my wife, our realtor, and I were there which was much appreciated.
