Details & Dixon's Home Services was fantastic from the first contact to the finished job. Their Customer Service is responsive and very accommodating. Greg and Victor cleaned the gutters and windows like I have never seen - sparkle clean and all put back in order. The service is polite and professional. A rare gem in this day and age. This is now my go-to window and gutter cleaning service. They are the very best!
Details & Dixon’s crew of two did a great job on my more than 30 double hung windows and storms. They were careful, tidy, thorough, and clearly knew what they were doing. I’ll ask for them again next year.
This is a horrible company. Yesterday they sent a crew to a property I do not own to perform a service I did not request. Then they sent a survey to ask 'how it went'. When I reached out to let them know of their error, they hid behind their email, were dismissive, phony, and profoundly unhelpful. A simple phone call to acknowledge their mistake would have gone a long way. I would recommend using a smaller company with good customer service and a basic ethic of providing quality work and honest communication.
I have been truly impressed by Details & Dixons, and have hired them to work on both of my historic properties in St. Paul. Customer service is great and crew members are helpful and professional. They are very competitively priced, and not at a cost of quality or customer service!
