First time using cleaning service for my home was so happy I did they did a great job and look forward to them coming again
I have used them multiple times at properties we manage and have always had a great experience! They are quick to schedule, offer great customer service, and do a thorough cleaning job!
I have used Details & Dixon's twice to clean my exterior windows. They have surprised me both times with how responsive they are to communication from me regarding scheduled times, like when I needed to modify the arrival window because of a medical appt -- they moved back their time to suit my schedule. And both times I asked to be put on the schedule, times within just a few days were available, rather than weeks out! Best of all, they're prompt, friendly, professional, and do excellent work. My windows are sparkling!
Very professional from start to finish. My windows look great and I’ll definitely use them again. Pricing is better than other companies too.
Standard housecleaning is scheduled for every 2 weeks. The team pays careful attention to many details. When some issues (like floor cleaning) have been missed the company has been good about improving. Still, there are some areas missed occasionally. The company has been excellent about training and supervision to improve. Communicating with the team is not encouraged, so I need to work with the office staff who are very responsive.
