Mr. Garris, and all his staff that have worked on my flooring are truly absolute professionals. From start to finish they have been true professionals. If you are looking to upgrade your flooring or just replace existing flooring I would go no further. As we had astronomical quotes from other places I truly felt I got a fair and honest price from him.

Nothing about their listing says an appointment has to be scheduled for a visit. Even their website is misleading. A person can't even tour their selection unless an appointment is made.
Details Design & Flooring hooked us up with new flooring for our daughter's playroom. They provided a detailed and easy-to-read quote, and the installers showed up soon after that and completed the work! Everyone was SO friendly and professional, and they make the process entirely easy! 5-stars. I plan to use them again soon for other projects!
